No man, not even a doctor, ever gives any other definition of what a nurse should be than this – ‘devoted and obedient.
Hello! My name is Tiffany Arnold and I am a registered nurse with experience in pediatrics and maternity for 10+ years. I am a mother of two, a son and a daughter. My daughter was born premature and needed to stay in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit for a while. When she stayed in the hospital she was cared for by nurses and patient care assistants. The compassion they showed my child was incredible. They cared for my daughter just like I wanted to, but due to my childbirth experience I was unable to. I was able to go to my own hospital room and rest knowing that while I was recovering from childbirth, my child was in good hands.
On the day of discharge, my daughter weighed only 3lbs 8oz. Even though I had an extensive background in maternity, I was still anxious when I brought her home. I suffered from sleep deprivation and post-partum depression, which caused stress in my household and health problems.
I started this company because I understand the sense of security parents look for when it comes to their little ones. When I went back to work, I was very concerned about who was going to care for my child. This company offers parents the same passion the professionals show at the hospital, into their own homes.

Becky MooreNightingale Nannies
I am a registered nurse at The Christ Hospital in the CVICU. Throughout high school and college I enjoyed babysitting for several different families. I quickly developed a passion for helping and caring for others. Furthermore, I was inspired to give back to this world the way many of the nurses caring for ill family members were able to do. I feel it is an honor and extremely rewarding to share my talents and my passion with those around me. This is why I chose to become a Nightingale Nanny as well.

Hi! My name is Rachel Borchers and I am very excited to have the opportunity to work for Nightingale Nannies as a night nanny. Growing up I was always around babies and was considered to be the “baby hog” in my family. For the past year I have been working at All About Kids Childcare and Learning Center where I had experience with infants, and I loved every second of it! I also worked at the Clippard YMCA as a lifeguard. When I am not working, I am doing homework and taking classes at the University of Cincinnati, where I am studying Early Childhood Education. In my free time outside of work and school, I love to spend time with my friends and family and I LOVE to be outdoors. I hope that I have the opportunity to get to know you and your family!
